cups plain yogurt

Tbsp good honey

tsp pure vanilla extract
Seeds scraped from ½ vanilla bean (optional)

pt fresh strawberries, hulled and cut in half
½
pt fresh blueberries
½
pt fresh raspberries

golden papaya, peeled, cut in half, seeds removed and diced
Sprig of mint, for garnish

Step 1

Combine the yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and vanilla bean seeds in a bowl and set aside. Combine the berries and papaya and gently mix the fruit together. Place in a serving bowl and garnish with the mint. For serving, spoon the yogurt mixture over the fruit.
