Frozen Peach Cranberry Pops

These sweet treats are the perfect thing to cool off on a hot summer’s day. Plus, they’re easy to make and completely kid-friendly!

oz can sliced peach, in their own juice

cup sugar
½
cup low-fat vanilla yoghurt

cup cranberry, juice

Step 1

Drain peaches, reserving 1/4 cup (50 mL) juice. In blender or food processor, purée peaches, reserved juice and sugar until smooth. Using on/off motion, blend in yogurt. Divide among 8 Popsicle moulds or empty 175 g yogurt containers or plastic cups. Freeze for about 1 hour or until partially set.

Step 2

Insert stick in centre of each pop. Divide cranberry juice among moulds; cover with plastic wrap. Freeze for at least 6 hours or until firm. (Make-ahead: Freeze for up to 3 weeks.)
