Cinnamon toast crunch crispy rice treats — need I say more? These crispy rice treats are extra gooey, sugary, crunchy and feature one of my favourite cereals — Cinnamon Toast Crunch. They’re mixed with puffed rice cereal, loaded with lots of mini marshmallows and come together in less than 30 minutes. Also, if you haven’t yet tried my crispy rice squares with potato chips and Oreos, you need to immediately.
Grease and line a 9 x 9-inch square pan with parchment paper.
In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and 7 cups of mini marshmallows. Stir until fully melted then add vanilla and salt.
Take off the heat, fold in Cinnamon Toast Crunch and puffed rice cereal and mix to coat well.
Add the remaining cup of mini marshmallows and fold to combine.
Transfer to the prepared pan and with a greased rubber spatula, press the mixture into the pan. Top with more mini marshmallows and cereal if you wish.
Let cool for at least 15 minutes, cut into squares and enjoy!
