Ingredients

medium dates, pitted
1 ½
Tbsp (22 mL) pine nuts, toasted
cup (75 mL) PC Black Label Gorgonzola Piccante DOP Semi-Soft Blue-Veined Cheese

pkg (80 g) PC Black Label Jamon Iberico Dry-Cured Iberico Ham

Tbsp (15 mL) PC Black Label Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375ºF (190ºC).

Step 2

Stuff dates with pine nuts and cheese, dividing evenly. Pinch dates around filling to secure.

Step 3

Lay ham slices on flat surface; cut each piece in half lengthwise for a total of 16 strips. Place 1 date at the end of each strip; roll up. Transfer to baking sheet, seam side down.

Step 4

Bake in centre of oven for 4 to 5 minutes or until just warmed through. Remove from oven; let stand for 1 minute. Drizzle serving platter with balsamic vinegar; arrange dates on top.
