cup Tostitos Restaurant Style Tortilla Chips

cup Tostitos Blue Corn Tortilla Chips

cup Tostitos Multigrain Tortilla Chips

cup Fontina Cheese, grated
¼
cup provolone cheese, grated
¼
cup shredded jalapeno jack cheese

yellow tomato diced
1
red tomato, diced
2
green onions, sliced
1
red chilli sliced thin
1
piece chorizo sausage, cooked and sliced thin
1 ½
oz kalamata olives, pitted
2
oz sliced artichokes
Fresh cilantro for garnish

Step 1

Spread the restaurant style tortillas on the bottom on a lightly greased cast iron pan. Top with the fontina cheese and yellow tomato. Add the blue corn tortillas and top with the grated jack cheese, sliced sausage, and green onion. Finish off with the multigrain tortillas, grated provolone cheese, diced red tomato, artichokes, black olives and sliced chillies.

Step 2

Bake inside a preheated oven until the cheese melts. Remove from heat and top with fresh cilantro and serve with sour cream, tomato salsa and guacamole.
