Be prepared to enjoy as soon as it comes out of the oven; it doesn’t stay puffed for long.
Brush a 2 1/2-qt (2.5 L) soufflé dish with a little melted margarine. Dust lightly with granulated sugar. Set aside.
Melt margarine in saucepan. Add flour, stirring until smooth. Gradually add Natrel Lactose Free Milk.
Beat egg yolks in small mixer bowl until thick and lemon coloured. Gradually beat in 1/2 cup (125 mL) sugar and liqueur. Stir into milk mixture.
Beat egg whites to soft peaks. Gradually add 1/4 cup (50 mL) sugar, beating to stiff peaks. Gently fold into milk mixture with zest.
Turn into prepared dish. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 30 to 35 minutes, or until puffed and set. Serve at once with whipped cream.
· Sweeten and flavour whipped cream with a little icing sugar and Grand Marnier.
