Ingredients

cups large-flake oats
1
cup chopped mixed nuts and seeds

Tbsp butter, melted
¼
cup liquid honey
1
tsp vanilla extract
3
cups Greek yogurt
3
cups assorted fresh fruit
2
Tbsp liquid honey

Directions

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350ºF (176ºC).

Step 2

In a large bowl, mix together oats, nuts and seeds, butter, honey, and vanilla until well coated. Spread onto baking sheet and bake, stirring occasionally for about 15 minutes or until toasted. Let cool.

Step 3

In a small saucepan, heat fruit and honey over low heat, stirring often until it’s softened and a sauce is formed.

Step 4

Alternate yogurt and granola with fruit sauce in parfait cups before serving.
