cup of red grapefruit juice (250 ml)
pinch of sugar
scoop of crushed ice
segments cut from 1 grapefruit
sugar for rimming glasses

cross-sectional slice of grapefruit, cut into quarters

lime slices (round) with a slit cut partway through

Step 1
Put vodka, grapefruit juice and pinch of sugar into a shaker with ice and shake well.
Dip the rims of 4 cocktail glasses into some water and then dip into sugar to create a sugar rim. Put some grapefruit segments into each glass and strain in vodka mixture. Garnish with grapefruit and lime slices.
