green tea bag leaves only
pinch black pepper
salt to taste

Step 1
Heat in saucepan vinegar, tea leaves, pepper and salt. Bring to a boil then turn off. Pour into a stainless bowl and whisk in oils. Set aside for 1 hour before using.
