Grilled Banana S'mores

Ingredients

1 Great Value S'mores Kit

4 medium bananas

Directions

1. Coat grill rack with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium (300°F to 350°F). Leaving peel on, slice bananas in half lengthwise. Place bananas on grill, cut side down. Grill, uncovered, 2 to 4 minutes. Turn peel side down and grill 3 minutes more.

2. Meanwhile, roast marshmallow over fire using a stick/wire. Once browned, place on one half of the graham cracker and top with chocolate square.

3. Remove bananas from grill; let cool slightly. Remove peels and cut bananas into large chunks. Place banana chunks on top of chocolate. Top with remaining graham cracker, and serve immediately.
