cup non-dairy milk
pitted Medjool dates
Tbsp black chia seeds
Tbsp raw cacao nibs
Tbsp raw almond butter
tsp raw vanilla powder (or pure vanilla extract)
espresso shot, cooled
Tbsp maple syrup (optional)
cups ice cubes
In a Vitamix or high-powered blender combine and blend all ingredients until smooth.
