Try this delicious humus by Sandi Richard, it’s bursting with flavour.

ingredients

can chickpeas, approximately 19 oz. (drained)
⅓
cup lemon juice
¼
cup water
¼
cup tahini
2
- 4 cloves garlic (peeled, whole)
3
Tbsp olive oil
½
tsp salt
2
Tbsp dried parsley
Single serve containers

Step 1
Blend the following together in a food processor until smooth; chickpeas, lemon juice, water, tahini, garlic, olive oil and salt.
Step 2
When mixture is smooth, add parsley and blend again for 10-15 seconds.
Step 3
Freeze in small, single-serve containers.
Step 4
For a neat variation for spice lover put a tsp of hot garlic chili sauce on top. Stir it in for a really nice spicy flavor and color!
Step 5
Serve with crackers and plenty of veggie sticks such as zucchini, carrots and celery.
