Step 1
Amounts vary to taste and portion.
Step 2
On your favourite serving plate crumble enough goat cheese to cover it.
Step 3
Shred fresh basil and sprinkle liberally over goat cheese.
Step 4
Sprinkle pine nuts over basil
Step 5
Sprinkle black olives over pine nuts.
Step 6
Sprinkle sun dried tomatoes over black olives.
Step 7
Distribute the crushed garlic over the black olives.
Step 8
Drizzle entire plate with olive oil about half an hour before serving.
Step 9
Serve with lots of fresh bread.
Step 10
Note: If you are Chris you squish the mixture around with a fork before serving; if you are me you leave it alone.
