A fresh fruit salad dressed in a sweet honey-mint sauce.

cups blueberries

cups raspberries

mango, cubed

pineapple, cubed
½
seedless watermelon, cubed
¼
cup honey

lime, juiced
1
orange, juiced
½
cup shelled pistachios, coarsely chopped
Fresh mint leaves, torn, for garnish

Directions

Step 1

Add the blueberries, raspberries, mangos, pineapples and watermelon to a large bowl. In a separate small bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice and orange juice. Drizzle the honey mixture over the fruit salad and top with the pistachios. Right before serving, top with freshly torn mint leaves to garnish.
