Tbsp extra virgin olive oil

cup raw honey
⅓
unsweetened Dijon mustard

lb(s) chicken legs or breasts (skin after cooking for less fat)

tsp sea salt

cloves fresh garlic, chopped

sprigs fresh rosemary, cut up

tsp freshly ground black pepper

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Step 2
Mix olive oil, mustard and honey in a bowl.
Step 3
Lightly season chicken with salt.
Step 4
Put chicken in greased casserole dish.
Step 5
Sprinkle chopped garlic over chicken, and pour honey-mustard sauce over top.
Step 6
Spread rosemary sprigs around.
Step 7
Bake for 45-50 minutes, then turn on broiler and broil for for 2-5 minutes (broiling caramelizes sauce and makes chicken skin crisp), watch so it doesn’t burn.
Step 8
Remove from oven and add pepper to taste.
