This chicken recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, egg-free, refined sugar-free and delicious! It’s so simple to make and it’s a tasty dish for adults and children alike.
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix olive oil, mustard and honey in a bowl.
Lightly season chicken with salt.
Put chicken in greased casserole dish.
Sprinkle chopped garlic over chicken, and pour honey-mustard sauce over top.
Spread rosemary sprigs around.
Bake for 45-50 minutes, then turn on broiler and broil for for 2-5 minutes (broiling caramelizes sauce and makes chicken skin crisp), watch so it doesn’t burn.
Remove from oven and add pepper to taste.
