Honey Mustard Sauce

cup Dijon mustard

cup liquid honey

tsp each salt and pepper

tsp garlic powder
Homemade Mayonnaise

egg yolks
2
Tbsp lemon juice
2
tsp Dijon mustard
⅔
cup each olive and coconut oil

Directions
Step 1
Whisk together mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until smooth and combined. Refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 2
In a blender, pulse together egg yolks, lemon juice, and mustard. With motor running add olive and coconut oils until emulsified. Season with salt and pepper. Remove ½ cup of the mayonnaise and refrigerate remaining for another use.
