Honey Ice Cream
Preheat oven to 350 °F.
Beat butter, honey and brown sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon and add to butter mixture. Stir in toasted sesame seeds. Put in pan and spread to edges. Bake for about 15 minutes.
While still warm, gently place them over a ramekin, forming them into cups as they harden.
Mix honey into Vanilla ice cream and scoop into the sesame cups. Garnish with honey comb and raspberries.
