Iced Cappuccino Float

Double the amount of espresso if you need the extra jolt of caffeine! Sweeten to taste by adjusting the sugar and sweetened condensed milk.

ingredients

oz freshly brewed espresso (125 ml)
Sugar, to taste

cup milk (500 ml)

Tbsp sweetened condensed milk (60 ml)
ice cream (vanilla, mocha or chocolate), to taste and garnish
Handful crushed ice cubes
½
cup whipping (35%) cream, whipped (125 ml)
cocoa powder or cinnamon, for garnish
chocolate covered espresso beans, for garnish, (optional)

Step 1

In a blender, combine the espresso, sugar to taste, milk, sweetened condensed milk, a scoop or two of ice cream and ice cubes. Whip until smooth.

Step 2

Pour evenly into glasses. Top with a scoop of ice cream and/or a dollop of whipped cream. Sprinkle with cocoa powder or cinnamon. If desired, garnish with a chocolate espresso bean.
