Tbsp fresh chives, chopped (30 ml)

cup grated cheddar (60 ml)

pork sausages, cooked and chopped

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F.
Step 2
Whisk together milk and egg. Add flour, salt, pepper, chives and cheese and mix until well blended.
Step 3
Pour some oil into each of 6 large muffin cups and heat in the oven until hot. Add 1 chopped sausage to each muffin cup and then top with batter. Bake for 10-15 minutes, or until puffy and golden on top.
