Ingredients

oz Bailey’s or other Irish Cream liqueur
1
oz Irish whiskey
2
oz cold coffee
Whipping cream – make as much as you like.
Few drops of green food colouring

Step 1
Brew your favourite coffee and completely chill.
Step 2
Whip cream with green food colouring and set aside.
Step 3
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add coffee, whiskey and Irish cream. Shake, strain and pour into a large, chilled martini glass. Top with a dollop of green cream and serve immediately.
