Spice up your hot beverage routine with this tequila-spiked Jalisco Hot Chocolate (we like the small-batch Canadian cada día Tequila Reposado). This drink includes dark chocolate richness complemented with the warmth and spicy notes of the warming reposado to give a velvety and delectable finish after every sip.

cups oat milk ⠀

cup coconut milk⠀

squares dark chocolate

cinnamon stick ⠀

Tbsp maple syrup⠀
½
tsp vanilla⠀

pinch cayenne⠀
1 ½
oz tequila reposado
Whipped cream

pinch salt⠀
Grated nutmeg

Directions
Step 1
Stir oat milk, coconut milk, dark chocolate squares, cinnamon stick, maple syrup, vanilla, cayenne and salt together over low heat until the chocolate is melted.
Step 2
In two mugs, add 1 ½ ounces of cada día tequila. Top with hot chocolate blend.
Step 3
Garnish with whipped cream, a pinch of salt, grated nutmeg and cinnamon to taste. Enjoy!
