parts Kashi Organic Promise Quinoa Multigrain Flakes and Raisins cereal

parts almonds

parts walnuts
2
parts sunflower seeds
1
part pumpkin seeds
½
part organic raisins
½
part dried organic cranberries

Step 1
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to combine thoroughly.
Step 2
Store finished mix in individual sandwich bags with ½ cup of trail mix in each. Take one bag with you each day when you’re eating on the go.
