large ripe avocado, cut into chunks
cup coconut milk
ounce 70 per cent dark chocolate, melted
pinch of kosher salt
no-calorie sweetener, optional
Combine the avocado, coconut milk, chocolate and salt in a food processor and pulse until completely smooth and creamy. Taste and adjust sweetness with a no-calorie sweetener, if using. Divide between 2 small bowls. Eat right away or wrap and refrigerate up to 2 days.
