Polish Sausage sliced ¼ inch thick
White cabbage julienne
Bell peppers julienne
Onions julienne

cloves of garlic crushed
Canned San Marzano tomatoes
Mushrooms sliced
Sour cream for topping after cooking

Tbsp olive oil
1
pint of beer
Salt and pepper and thyme to taste

Step 1
Preheat a heavy bottom pan; add olive oil and the sausage and
sear well and then add the onions and garlic cook until
translucent and then add the beer.
Step 2
Once the beer has evaporated add the rest of the ingredients and
cover with a tight fitting lid and simmer gently for 15 minutes
or longer.
Step 3
Serve in a bowl and top with sour cream.
