There’s no surprise that Canadians love their Caesars, but this Korean twist on a classic will leave you wanting more. Crafted from start to finish in a pitcher, this Kimchi Caesar with a kick of spice is perfect to share with family, friends and loved ones. Cheers!

ingredients
Kimchi Spicy Caesar
4
cups tomato juice
2 ½
cups soju
½
cup kimchi juice
½
cup lemon juice
1
Tbsp soy sauce
1
Tbsp fish sauce
½
Tbsp tabasco
½
Tbsp horseradish
Ice
Garnish
Skewer: 1 green olive, 1 pickled cocktail onion, Kimchi, 1 pickle
Rim: salt and gochu garu (Korean chili flakes)

Step 1
In a pitcher, stir together all of the ingredients for the Caesar until well chilled.

Step 2
Rim each glass with salt and gochu garu (Korean chili flakes).

Step 3
Divide Caesar evenly between ice-filled glasses.
