cup (500 mL) milk, or 15% cooking cream

pinch cayenne pepper

cup (500 mL) Black Diamond Mild White Cheddar Cheese, shredded

lb(s) (225 g) ham, diced

cup (250 mL) leeks, chopped and blanched in boiling water for 5 min.
salt and pepper to taste

Step 1

In a bowl, lightly whisk eggs, cream, ham, and leeks with a fork. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 2

Pour egg mix in pie shells, filling to 3/4, and top with shredded Black Diamond white mild cheddar cheese.
