This dish is a mountain of super cheesy, creamy mac and cheese atop a signature buttermilk garlic biscuit, crowned with a runny yolk poached egg and two strips of applewood smoked bacon.

oz mozzarella cheese, shredded

oz Provolone cheese, shredded

oz Swiss cheese, shredded

oz Parmesan cheese, shredded

oz pimento cheese

package cream cheese

package velveeta cheese

cups heavy cream
1
qt milk
oz ap flour
oz onions, finely diced

Tbsp garlic powder

Tbsp onion powder

tsp pepper

oz butter
8
oz (per serving) pasta shells, parcooked

Potato Chip Bacon Crumble

Kettle chips, however much makes your heart happy
Applewood smoked bacon, however much makes your heart happy

To serve

eggs
Applewood smoked bacon strip

directions

Step 1

In a stovetop pan, melt butter.

Step 2

Sauté onions until translucent, about 6 minutes.

Step 3

Add the flour to the pan and whisk to create a roux, about 5 minutes.

Step 4

Add the milk and heavy cream to the roux and mix to combine.

Step 5

Add mozzarella, Provolone, Swiss, Parmesan, pimento cheese, velveeta and cream cheese to the pan and mix until melted.

Step 6

On a flat top, cook the egg and bacon slices.

Step 7

Take a freshly baked biscuit and slice it in half.

Step 8

Top one half with the bacon and egg.

Step 9

Top with the mac and cheese.

Step 10

Garnish with the crumble and serve.
