large mango, ripe and firm

tsp freshly squeezed lime juice

tsp freshly squeezed orange juice

Tbsp sugar

Tbsp orange liqueur (optional)

Step 1
Peel the mango and then slice it crossways, cutting it away from the pit.
Step 2
Set the mango slices aside.
Step 3
In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine lime juice, orange juice, sugar, and water and cook until sauce thickens, stirring often. As the sauce thickens, add mangoes and orange liqueur. Cook for another 3 to 5 minutes.
