Maple Cinnamon Vanilla Butter

lb(s) unsalted butter

Tbsp maple syrup
½
tsp ground cinnamon
½
tsp vanilla, extract

Step 1

Cut the butter into small pieces.

Step 2

Fit a stand mixer with the whisk attachment.

Step 3

Put butter into the bowl and beat on medium speed for about 2 minutes or until butter starts to soften. Scrape down bowl.

Step 4

Add the maple syrup, cinnamon and vanilla.

Step 5

Continue to beat on medium for 7 minutes, scraping down the bowl periodically.

Step 6

Spoon half the butter onto a piece of plastic wrap.

Step 7

Roll into a log and refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Repeat with the remaining half.

Step 8

Serve with Hazelnut Loaf.

Step 9

Makes 2-3/4 cups.
