cups pineapple, cubed

cups small strawberries

cup maple syrup

Tbsp chopped fresh mint

Tbsp canola oil

Step 1
Skewer pineapple and strawberries alternately onto skewers.
Step 2
Stir together maple syrup and mint; set aside.
Step 3
Brush kabobs with oil and grill over medium high heat, turning once or until light golden. Brush with maple syrup mixture and sprinkle with mint to serve.
