bunches asparagus
1
tsp garlic powder
2
Tbsp olive oil
1
pinch salt and pepper

Notes

Take out of oven and drizzle 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (add flavour)Add feta cheese all over. Serve hot.

Step 1

Trim asparagus by snapping the stem off.

Step 2

Place asparagus in large glass bowl and add all ingredients above.

Step 3

Place asparagus on oiled baking tray and roast at about 400ºF for half an hour.
