Ingredients

kohlrabi

Tbsp almond milk

Tbsp ghee, organic butter or coconut oil

pinch sea salt

Directions

Step 1

Remove the stems and peel the kohlrabi. Cut it into four pieces and place in a steamer. Steam for 10-15 minutes.

Step 2

Once the kohlrabi is soft, in bowl or a food processor begin to mash or purée. Add almond milk and ghee or butter or coconut oil and sea salt.
