Directions
Step 1
Wash and dry all lettuce. Put them on a plate alternating colours.
Step 2
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, Tabasco, chopped celery, green onions and shrimp.
Step 3
Cut grapefruit and orange in quarters. Cut apple in decorative sliced quarters. Lift the tomato skin and roll it to make a rose.
Step 4
Place the shrimp mixture with the orange and grapefruit quarters on a plate. Add apple quarters and the tomato rose. Add the fresh herbs in the middle.
