small can black beans, mashed

cloves garlic, sliced (for salsa sauce)

medium tomato

handful cilantro

tsp lemon juice

pieces Dried chili

Step 1

In A Heavy Bottom Skillet Add Oil, Onions And Garlic And Cook Until Translucent.

Step 2

Add Tomatoes ,Red Chili, Red Chili Sauce, Bell Peppers, Soy Sauce ,Red Pepper Flakes And Black Pepper And Cook For 1-2 Minutes And Add Mashed Beans And Cook For 2-3 Minutes.

Step 3

Heat A Heavy Bottom Skillet Place The Tortilla On The Skillet, Add The Beans Mixture Covering The Half Tortilla Add Lettuce And Cheese.

Step 4

Using A Spatula, Fold One Side Of The Tortilla Over The Other, Apply Butter

Step 5

Cook For A Few More Seconds, Flip It Over And Continue To Cook Just Until Lightly Browned.

Step 6

Cook For 30 Seconds, Or Until Cheese Begins To Melt.

Step 7

Remove From Skillet And Transfer To A Serving Plate.

Step 8

Continue To Cook The Rest, Adding More Butter As Needed.

Step 9

Serve Immediately.

In A Non Stick Skillet Add Oil, Garlic Cloves, Cilantro, Dried Chili Pepper, Salt And Blend It Until Smooth, Transfer The Salsa Into The Bowl.

Step 12

Serve With Quesadilla.
