Using A Spatula, Fold One Side Of The Tortilla Over The Other, Apply Butter
Cook For A Few More Seconds, Flip It Over And Continue To Cook Just Until Lightly Browned.
Cook For 30 Seconds, Or Until Cheese Begins To Melt.
Remove From Skillet And Transfer To A Serving Plate.
Continue To Cook The Rest, Adding More Butter As Needed.

In A Non Stick Skillet Add Oil, Garlic Cloves, Cilantro, Dried Chili Pepper, Salt And Blend It Until Smooth, Transfer The Salsa Into The Bowl.
