cup assorted mushrooms, trimmed and diced

Tbsp butter

cup white wine
1 ½
cup 35% cream
¼
cup grated Parmesan cheese

Tbsp freshly chopped parsley and basil

Step 1
In a small sauté pan, cook the mushrooms until soft. Add the white wine, simmer and reduce by 3/4. Next add the cream, simmer for 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper. Add a little Parmesan cheese and finish with chopped parsley and basil.
