lb(s) lean ground lamb (or beef)
cup toasted almond slices, finely chopped
cup packed fresh mint, chopped
large cloves of garlic, minced
tsp ground cumin
salt and pepper
Preheat oven to 350ºF/180°C.
In a bowl, mix everything together.
Form into a loaf and place in loaf pan. Bake for 45 minutes or until the center feels firm and the internal temperature (with a meat thermometer) registers 170ºF/77°C.
