Preapre this simple mint chutney to serve with vegetable samosas.

cup mint, leaves, fresh, lightly, packed

cup parsley, fresh, lightly, packed
½
cup coriander, leaves

cup onion, sweet, chopped

pepper, green, hot, finger

cup lime, juice

Tbsp sugar, palm

Tbsp sugar, light, brown

Tbsp ginger, root, minced

Step 1
In food processor, purée together mint, parsley, onion, hot peppers, lime juice, sugar, gingerroot, salt and cumin until smooth.
Step 2
Pour in water; purée until combined.
Step 3
Yield: 1 2/3 cups (400 mL)
