Why I love this recipe
They are a perfect bite sized treat
In a large bowl combine flour, icing sugar and salt.
Add softened butter and mix together by hand until well combimed.
Remove a handful of the dough and form into a ball and place ig on a pastry sheet for rolling.
Roll out the dough to about 1/4-inch and cut into cookies.
Place cookies onto a non greased baking sheet lined with parchement paper.
Bake at 400ºF for 15 minutes.
Let cool completely then garnish with white icing and a 1/4 of a cherry.
