cup olive oil

tsp lemon juice

tsp minced shallots

tsp minced chives

tsp minced parsley

tsp minced thyme

Directions

Step 1

Cook the moonsnail in boiling water for 40 minutes. Remove the moonsnail from the shell. Slice thinly and set aside.

Step 2

Combine the olive oil, shallots, lemon juice, and minced herbs. Pour the vinaigrette over the moonsnail slices, mix well. Return the sliced moonsnail mixture to its shell.
