The trick to making a soft but chewy pot sticker wrappers is to use warm water instead of cold. We promise, you’ll never want to buy pot sticker wrappers when you try this easy and yummy recipe.
Yields 40 wrapperes.

Combine flour, warm water and salt in mixer. Blend until smooth.
Remove dough from mixer and wrap it with plastic. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
Using a pasta machine, roll the dough to #4 thickness and cut circles with a 3 1/4 inch (8.2 cm) cookie cutter.
Alternatively, you can hand roll the dough to make the wrappers. Portion the dough into 10 gram balls. Flatten them, then roll them out individually in a circular motion.
