oz Yellow Chartreuse

oz simple syrup

oz lemon juice

oz Fever-Tree Tonic

purple shiso leaves

Step 1
Shake all ingredients except for the tonic. Fine strain into coupe. Top with the Fever-Tree tonic. Garnish with a purple shiso leaf.
