Step 1
Between each slice place baby watercress and bit of the watercress emulsion
Form 10 piles of 4 to 5 slices of tomatoes (like mille-feuilles or napoleon)
finish each with a cherry tomato, drizzle around them balsamic vinaigrette
garnish with edible flowers.
