cup mandarin orange segments

cup fresh strawberries

star fruits, thinly sliced, dipped in chocolate

cup chocolate sauce that pours on soft and then hardens

cup fresh whipped cream
1
container toasted marshmallow ice cream (Greg’s)

container chocolate ice cream
1
large Swiss dark chocolate bar, broken into bite-sized pieces (Lindt)

large Swiss white chocolate bar, broken into bite-sized pieces (Lindt)

cup fresh raspberry sauce
1
cup fresh blueberry sauce
1
cup dried cranberries
1
cup dried cherries
1
bunch fresh mint, leaves picked
1
cup creme de menthe liqueur
1
cup Irish cream or Frangelico liqueur

cup white chocolate liqueur (Godet)

Step 1

All the prep work for this delightful dessert can be done long before your guests arrive.

Step 2

Presentation is the key, so pull out all of your fancy dishes and silver from the cupboard and think out of the box when looking for containers to hold the ingredients.

Step 3

Arrange all of the ingredients in dishes on a large serving tray, bring it out, and “wow” your guests with this elegant self-serve treat!
