Perfect pear crisps – straight out of your own oven!
Bartlett pear, stems removed, and, sliced paper thin on the vertical
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F.
On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, lay out the pear slices.
Cover with another sheet of parchment paper and then another baking sheet.
Bake in the oven for 5 to 6 hours until crispy and golden.
