Paige’s Italian Salad

ingredients

Dressing

½
cup mayonnaise
¼
cup sour cream

tbsp buttermilk

tbsp minced fresh dill

tsp minced fresh oregano

tsp paprika

tsp freshly ground black pepper

dash hot sauce

Assembly

2
head butter lettuce, cored and leaves separated
2
cups chopped hearts of palm
1
cup quartered artichoke hearts
¼
cup jarred sliced roasted peppers, drained and chopped
¼
cup yellow cherry tomatoes, halved
6
slice prosciutto
¼
cup shaved Parmesan

Step 1

Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, dill, oregano, paprika, pepper and hot sauce in a bowl and mix to combine.

Step 2

Arrange the lettuce on a platter. Drizzle about half of the dressing over the lettuce. Sprinkle the hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, cherry tomatoes, prosciutto and shaved Parmesan evenly over the greens. Serve the remaining dressing on the side.
