Step 1
Using a mortal and pestle grind sugar to a fine seed. Scoop out the inside of the passion fruit and add it to the sugar along with the Vietnamese mint. Muddle together until you have a paste like consistency. In a cocktail shaker, add passion fruit paste, 4 ounces of passion fruit paste, ice, lime juice and vodka. Shake and strain into a martini glass, garnish with edible flowers.
