Dried marinated moose meat, thinly sliced
Dried blueberries and cranberries
Dried onions
Duck fat
Salt

Step 1
Finely slice the dried moose meat, berries and onions.
Add salt.
Step 2
Melt the duck fat and pour into a mold.
Step 3
The melted fat should just cover the mixture.
Allow it to set in the refrigerator.
