The perfect chocolate sauce to be poured over ice-cream.

Terry’s chocolate orange or 200g of orange chocolate
3
Tbsp double cream
Vanilla ice cream to serve

Step 1
Heat a saucepan with some water and melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over the saucepan.
Step 2
Remove the chocolate from the heat once melted and mix in the cream.
Step 3
Serve straight out of the bowl, pour onto some good quality vanilla ice cream.
