Perfect Chocolate Sauce

The perfect chocolate sauce to be poured over ice-cream.
1 Terry’s chocolate orange or 200g of orange chocolate
3 Tbsp double cream
Vanilla ice cream to serve
1. Heat a saucepan with some water and melt the chocolate in a glass bowl over the saucepan.
2. Remove the chocolate from the heat once melted and mix in the cream.
3. Serve straight out of the bowl, pour onto some good quality vanilla ice cream.
