Ingredients

Pig’s liver
Pig fat (bacon)
Chanterelles
Corn
1
large onion, minced
1
cup Champagne

Directions

Step 1

Cut the liver in½ inch-thick slices.

Step 2

In a large pan, heat the pig fat, and cook the liver pieces in it. Add the chanterelles and the corn.
When everything is cooked, add the Champagne.
